About Me

Hi. I'm Lisa Erickson, and I've lived in the western suburbs of Minneapolis for over twenty years, after moving here from Fargo, North Dakota. Now I'm in my sixth year at Edina Realty's Wayzata office. During that time, I've sold houses ranging in price from $100,000 to over $1,000,000.

MISSION STATEMENT

My goal is to provide the absolute highest level of customer service to home buyers and sellers in the Western Suburbs, regardless of price range, by using these methods:

Buyers who contract with me as there exculsive agent will find that with me, " going the extra mile" is a standard procedure.

Sellers who list their properties with me will benefit from multiple outlet marketing, staging advice, market level pricing, and my full disclosure policy.

Both buyers and sellers will find that I am  "there for them" through every detail of the transaction. Because I do not delegate my work to others, communication errors are minimized.
